Toronto, April 23, 2010 — NexJ Systems Inc., a leading provider of innovative customer-centered enterprise solutions for the finance, insurance, and health care industries, today announced that they have secured $ 22.5 million in private financing through a syndicate of underwriters including GMP Securities L.P., Canaccord Adams Inc, and Wellington West.
NexJ Systems has experienced a steep trajectory of growth in its core markets, with a compound annual growth rate of over 500 percent over the last three years. NexJ will use the funds to support its continued aggressive growth and expansion.
NexJ has successfully implemented its solutions for several industry-leading financial services clients. Following the merger of two of the largest advisor firms in the U.S., Wells Fargo Advisors is now live with over 20,000 users. NexJ integrated its best-of-breed CRM capabilities into their existing advisor platform. The solution is anticipated to be rolled out to the entire population of advisors and support staff across Wells Fargo Advisors’ distribution channels.
Recently, NexJ signed another leading Wall St. financial services firm, with a total of 40,000 users.
