As you’ve probably heard, NexJ is redesigning the user experience (UX) of our award-winning enterprise customer management solutions. The new UX will be familiar to most of your users from the start as it is based on the same design standards (Google Material Design) used by many consumer applications today. The new UX will:
- Increase productivity by streamlining and simplifying everyday actions such as:
- Adding Contacts
- Scheduling Meetings
- Work automatically on desktop, tablets, and mobile devices
- Be fully compliant with ARIA accessibility standards
- Perform faster and require less bandwidth
The UX Beta Program will launch April 2nd, 2018, and allow our users to become familiar with the new user experience while it is still in development. We’ll be accepting feedback over the summer to help improve it before release later this year. This is your opportunity to shape the user experience and ease the transition for your users. Note that the UX Beta Program is only available to existing NexJ customers, or by special invitation.
