Our Opportunity & Deal Management feature for corporate banking provides business bankers, sales managers, and product specialists, with sales planning, tracking, and collaboration tools designed specifically for Corporate Banking. Through this functionality, bankers are able to manage complex, multi-product opportunities through every stage of the sales cycle. We also offer a 2-tiered opportunity model that allows bankers to create and collaborate on parent and product opportunities, driving efficiency when managing multi-product, multi-region opportunities.

Bankers will have the option to define opportunity templates to standardize processes, thereby driving best practices. These templates consist of configurable opportunity stages, with each stage containing an activity plan. Both stages and activity plans are configurable by opportunity type. Within activity plans, there are multiple tasks that can be assigned to users based on their role.

 

Driving Collaboration through Opportunity Teams

By using opportunity teams, business bankers can automatically assign responsibilities to individual users (based on their role). These roles can be defined for each opportunity or automatically assigned using business rules that are based on the opportunity type, territory, or other criteria.

To heighten collaboration around opportunity management, teams can use the Deal Chat Room to have key discussions (e.g. sales strategy). In addition, team members can receive notifications that help them stay on top of key developments throughout the opportunity lifecycle.

The Opportunity & Deal Management functionality provides dashboards which include actionable insights into the sales pipeline across regions, product lines, and teams. Our flexible security model enforces compliance rules to restrict access to deals when necessary.
