The event to feature discussions on the future of intelligent customer management with a keynote address from leading analyst firm Research Director, Gene Leganza

Toronto, ON (November 8, 2017)NexJ Systems Inc. (TSX: NXJ), a provider of enterprise customer management solutions to the financial services industry, announced today that representatives from the world’s leading financial services firms will meet in Toronto on November 8, 2017 for the NexJ Client Day conference. As keynote speaker, Gene Leganza, Vice President & Research Director at Forrester Research, will discuss how to become a customer insights driven business.

NexJ Client Day is an annual event that enables customers to meet with NexJ executives, network with other users, share best practices and success stories with other firms in their industry, and discuss upcoming product enhancements. This year will focus in particular on the future of intelligence in customer management and NexJ’s plans to leverage analytics, Artificial Intelligence, and machine learning to augment the customer experience.  As in previous years, the event will provide clients with the opportunity to participate in discussions about this vision. This year’s agenda features informative presentations from clients, as well as NexJ’s Executive and Product teams.

NexJ’s intelligent customer management vision aligns with Mr. Leganza’s expertise. At Forrester Research, Gene leads a team of analysts that provides research and advisory services that address the needs of Customer Insights and Enterprise Architecture professionals. His team focuses on data management and governance strategies and technologies, as well as building and optimizing the insights-driven enterprise.

“Data is only as good as the insights it produces, the actions it influences, and the results it fosters. That’s the secret recipe for data management. Although big data dazzles us all with promises of business-changing insights, technology management is still the largest user and benefactor. For enterprise architects to advance the business with data, data management must become oriented toward business outcomes, not technology management outcomes.” (M. Goetz with G. Leganza, B. Evelson, B. Hopkins, S. Sridharan, J. Lee, C. Turley, Forrester Research Inc., Evaluate Your Data Management Readiness For Systems of Insight, February 2, 2017.)

Mr. Leganza will discuss best practices to creating a customer-obsessed, insights driven business with attendees at NexJ Client Day.
