NexJ is dedicated to ensuring its customers maximize the value of the investment they’ve made in their enterprise CRM solution. To accommodate the unique requirements of each customer NexJ will provide standard or customized training programs. NexJ will work side-by-side with its customers to:

  • Ensure a effective knowledge transfer and provide customers with the tools and skills they need to maximize the value of NexJ enterprise CRM solution.
  • Provide online and instructor led training for end users, administrators, support personnel, and developers. All training can be offered onsite at the customer’s facilities, or at the NexJ Toronto office.
  • Tailor training to job functions or to specific technology or business practices.

NexJ offers the following training courses, which can be tailored to the customer’s specific needs.

  • NexJ Train-The-Trainer: This course is designed to provide the customer’s training organization with the essential resources to train end-users in the field. This course is intended for Business Analysts and Trainers with a strong understanding of the customer’s business processes and who will be responsible for delivering end-user training.
  • NexJ System Administrator: This course is designed to give participants detailed instructions for administering and maintaining the solution. This course has two intended audiences: technical system administrators who will be maintaining the solution, and business system administrators who will be performing more day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • NexJ Developer: This course is designed to provide an initial understanding of the NexJ Application Framework and NexJ Studio for developers, and support and maintenance resources. The course is suitable for architects and technical business analysts who will be participating in the design of system extensions and new components.
