Based on extensive experience, NexJ has developed significant domain expertise in the financial services industry and accordingly has engineered solutions directly for this market.

Funded by management, NexJ Systems began developing its architectural vision in 2003. The company undertook a private financing and raised $8 million in 2006 to bring the results of these efforts to market. The participants included management and employees, the Board of Directors, and other individuals and corporations known to the company. Existing shareholders are committed and capable of funding any further financing requirements. NexJ Systems is Canadian-owned and operated.

Janna Systems Legacy

NexJ Systems Inc. was founded in 2003 by William M. Tatham and other former executives of Janna Systems, the global leader in providing CRM solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of the financial services industry. In November 2000, Janna Systems Inc. was acquired by Siebel Systems Inc. With Oracle Corporation’s subsequent acquisition of Siebel, and other CRM companies including JD Edwards and Peoplesoft, the choices for enterprise-class CRM were very limited – and no vendors focused solely on the financial services industry. NexJ Systems was created to specifically address the needs of this market.
